ShopByCatalogs.com, Inc offers unconditional money backs guarantee on all
Banner Advertising packages within 30 days. If you are unhappy with your
purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. We do not issue refunds after
30 days.
ShopByCatalogs.com Inc will provide a full refund in the event
ShopByCatalogs.com does not advertise your banner ad for any reason.
We will make good faith efforts to begin each advertising on the date set forth.
However, please understand that due to the nature of online advertising,
start dates and the rate of impressions delivered will vary.
E_Catalogs:
ShopByCatalogs.com will provide a full refund for the E_Catalog template
within the period in which you will approve the design of your E-catalog.
ShopByCatalogs.com will obtain your approval for each step of preparing
your E-Catalog. The costs pertaining the approved steps are not refundable.
Any additional enhancement to your E-Catalog beyond the features offered in
the template catalog is subject to an hourly fee of $75.00.
ShopByCatalogs.com Inc offers a full refund for all costs pertaining a
partial or complete E-catalog if for any reason the E-catalog fails to
function to its potentials.
Prior to this refund, ShopByCatalogs.com Inc, reserves the right to
troubleshoot the designed E-Catalog within 30 days of the initial claim.
Domain Name registrations:
Costs pertaining domain name registrations are nonrefundable.
